Hey how can I delete my messages?

I want to delete my messages as men keep unboxing me and I don't want them stored. I've currently deleted and blocked them but the messages are still there. There are messages there from 2018 so they don't disappear after 30 days.

WHERE IS THE ANSWER? I have not found anything in this entire thread that states how to delete old messages from my Feed.

Here's a though: You know those three little buttons that should be some kind of menu, but only show Report this post? How about adding a Delete function?

Hi @Gordon715, which of the 3 types of messages are you referring to? The ones that pop up on the tracker? This is the support forum for the tracker, not the app.

Or are these personal messages from comunity members or friends?

As mentioned in the best response, feed and comunity messages in the app will be deleted after 30 days.

Rich_Laue,

On the fitbit app on my Android phone, if I click on the inbox on the top (See picture below)

And, then select Notification on the next screen, this is what i get

These messages are on the top as of today!  When I go to the bottom of the list, which is probably over 200 or more, the notifications date back to August of 2017!  The only way I can delete them is ONE AT A TIME!  there is no option to clear them.

I have tried to clear the cache on the app through Android Setup, no luck!  The only thing I can think of is deleting the app and reinstalling it!

Fitbit app needs to have a Clear All function rather than delete ONE AT A TIME! 🤔
