Detailed sleep stages, but no sleep score

Hi,

I got detailed sleep stages for last night, but no sleep score.  The in-app help recommends waiting a few minutes, or updating to the most recent app version.  It's been a few hours, I've rebooted my phone and my Charge 3, and I have the latest version of the app.

I'm hoping today's score will show up tomorrow after tonight's sleep.

Assuming the data is still on my Charge 3, I've considered deleting today's log entry from the cloud, then syncing to re-download it.  I've already reset my Fitbit data on the phone and re-downloaded from the cloud, but still no score.  I've done that in the past to clear up missing water log entries that were in the cloud but not in the app.

Any suggestions?Screenshot_20211014-165827_Fitbit.jpgScreenshot_20211014-165613_Fitbit.jpg

Despite rebooting, the key might be it syncing.  See if you can force a sync.

I force-stopped the Fitbit app, turned off Bluetooth for a few hours, then turned it back on, opened the app, and synced.  The steps synced, but still no score for Thursday, despite the proper detailed sleep being logged.

Thanks for the suggestion.  I hope a score eventually shows up, as it looks like I was in the 82-88 range.  If not, I have about 21 months of data, so one missing data point isn't the end of the world.

Hi,

I've gone back and looked every week or so to check for a score, and until today I had no luck.  I just looked this morning, and the sleep score was there.  I got an 89.  🙂

I'm running Fitbit Android 3.50, which downloaded 4 days ago.

For me, I always get sleep score when I get detailed stages, and vice versa.  This is the only time I have heard of it being otherwise, and I have no idea why that would be.  Sorry.
