Why will a fitbit charge 2 not register when you are riding a stationary bike?

Hello @russheet2000 thanks for bringing this to my attention, welcome to the Community Forums.

 

Did your Charge 2 didn't recognize the stationary bike exercise? If so, can you please let me know the way you track this exercise? In other words, did you used your device exercise shortcuts or are you using our SmartTrack feature to auto-recognize the exercise? Also, which device you're using to sync the information that's recorded with your device? In the meantime I receive your answers, I recommend you to restart your Charge 2 to refresh its performance.

I always log my Stationary bike Manually as to what the bike says. Its not step based and it does not pick it up well
