I teach 2 fitness classes every Saturday morning... Body Pump and Indoor cycling. Today my Fitbit Charge 2 did not record any active minutes and I KNOW I should have at least 90... usually more. It has also not been syncing all day... recently. I have to manually sync. What's up?

Hi @OIBeachYogini, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using to sync your Charge 2? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device and then learn more about how active minutes are tracked here.
In regards the syncing issue, please try the steps that are outlined on our help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Looking forward to your reply.

Your prompt reply is appreciated @OIBeachYogini.
I appreciate the details that were shared with me. How are you tracking your exercise? Are you using the exercise shortcuts or the SmartTrack auto-recognition feature? Which activities were not recorded? The All Day sync feature can be compromised if you're not using a compatible device with our products and services, please check on our list of compatible devices if you're using one. If such is the case, please test your Charge 2 with a compatible device instead and let me know if the issue persists.
Keep me posted, I'll be around.
