So my charger 2 is stuck showing the battery symbol it was charging and I took it off and I have tried to reset it but it won’t do nothing help please

I appreciate all the information and details that were shared in your post, thanks for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting too. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Please try to restart your device again after checking the help article previously mentioned.
