It seems there are an incredible number of new posts about Charge 3 functionality issues. Is it due to a recent firmware update or is the community forum always like this? Misery does love company.
If it is because of a bogus update, it would be nice to hear from Fitbit that they're aware of widespread issues and working on a fix. I don't think there is any other way to give hope to Charge 3 users that the device is worth anything or ever was.
To the Fitbit support folks: don't placate me with the "great to have you here" messages and "see this link for reset instructions". You should know now that none of that is really solving any problems. Tell me how the replacement unit that is on its way to me is going to be different from the past two units that have failed.
