When restarting my Charge 3 it would appear the procedure has changed. I start by plugging it into the charger and holding down the button. The white line appears and gradually goes across the screen, then stops. leaving it like this and nothing happens. I need to remove it from the charger, then reconnect to the charger and that's when the smiley face appears.
it used to be the smiley face would appear after the line went across the screen and didn't require you to disconnect and reconnect in order to get the smiley face.
Has anyone else noticed this as well?
