I do not get an confirmation email when I make my new Fitbit Account. I pushed the "Send again" several times but no luck. Please give me some information about this matter.

Are you making sure to enter the correct email address? Have you checked your spam folder? If you haven't, I recommend checking this and see if the email went there.

Of course I have checked my spam folder and I have double checked my email address. I have tried to resend the confirmation email several times but no success.

After checking my 'Spam' settings on the mail server I did find my confirmation emails in quarantine.
My issue was apparently my email server and not FitBit's issues.
Please accept apologies.
