HI,
I am using Fitbit charge2. I was recorded my walking exercise. I selected walk from the exercise menu from the charge2 watch and also from the Fitbit app.
There is a difference between the reading of distance and pace. In fitbit dashboard i see two recodrings of workout. Workout reading from charge 2 can be seen in following https://drive.google.com/open?id=16lmbO22BuEiC8u5YZ4XEFJl5ksde4zY2
and the reading of the app

Any idea why there is this difference

@raiuli Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your data difference. Where you using the phone's GPS data to record your activity? There is an issue with the distance detection that the team is investigating. I can't see the images since they aren't public but you can try these suggestions to improve the GPS detection using your phone. Obviously if there is a difference in the distance then the pace will be different too. If you have use the Charge 2 in the past and believe it is accurate then you can try using it instead of other methods. Additionally you can improve the accuracy by entering your own stride length, you can read more about this here.
Let me know how it goes.
