Difficulties to change interval times-Charge 3.

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have tried several times to change the interval times for a workout, but it always jumps back to the previous setting.

When I first got my fitbit, I had trouble with it too, but through other posts I got it right in the end and have used it regularly for a time.

I haven't used the interval workout setting in a while now, but I would like to start using it again and the times it keeps jumping back to are:

Move 15m0s

Rest 2m0s

Repeat 2x

I have tried rebooting my tracker, disconnecting and pairing the bluetooth connection, deleting and redownloading the fitbit app.. nothing works.

The weird thing is, when I open the fitbit dashboard on my pc, the interval times are exactly how I want them, but whatever I do, my mobile app and tracker keep resetting back to the 'old' time setting.

The app is up to date.

Mobile device: iOs 14.1, app version 20001.88.11

Tracker: Fitbit Charge 3, version 28.20001.88.11

What else can I try?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Tikazia.

I'm sorry to hear that you experienced difficulties to change the interval times for your workouts from the Fitbit app. Thanks for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue before contacting us.

I've seen similar situations when users create two Fitbit accounts with different email addresses. I would recommend logging out from your Fitbit account from your iPhone and from the online website at fitbit.com. Then, log back in using the same email address and try to change the interval times.
