I do not know much about this page but what i do know is that I requested a chat and twice I was rudely logged out. The chat square comes out all the way to the bottom that it does not give an option to write what you need. And i tried it for the third time and out of nowhere says the page is temporarily out of service I believe that is a lie. Because on other issues after messaging with the chat team a few times i was rudely logged out and the same pase of temporarily out of service. I am very dissatisfied costumer.
