Noticed a few weeks ago that my screen wouldn’t turn on but it was still loading steps etc on my app. I Also need my watch screen for work (date and time). I called Fitbit and they said I needed a new watch. I paid for a new watch and it will not
load on my iphone 11. They sent a replacement face and that won’t load either. I am now on my 3rd new face and still having issues. I have been without a watch for almost 3 weeks now and customer service is no help. Anyone have a suggestion on how to get it to load on my phone?? I’m so upset and feel like I’ve wasted so much money on fitbits to not get any help from customer service.
