Difficulties to sync my Charge 2

Since the latest app update I'm having trouble syncing my charge 2 HR. If I don't sync it every 20 minutes or so it just won't sync at all the only way I can get it to sync is to restart my phone. I have deleted my account and reinstalled  but nothing helps.

To resolve syncing issues we recommend following these troubleshooting steps.

 

In addition, you can set up your Tracker as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1643330316957.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
