Difficulties to sync my Charge 3

My charge 3 won’t sync. I’ve restarted my phone, turned Bluetooth on and off and deleted my account and reset it up but it won’t auto sync or sync when I swipe down on the app 

any ideas?

Mine stopped syncing last Thursday and it won’t let me do the update 😩

I haven't been able to sync since October 2nd.  I've tired: 

- unpairing (and now I can't even pair it again...😫  I've been trying since yesterday) 

- uninstalling the app on my phone and installing again...noope 

- (I've even tried) setting the Fitbit app on my laptop...but the pairing option for PC is not working (apparently hasn't since August 2020? as per some posts on the Community)  

Seriously, I'm even struggling to power off the darn thing.  😖

Please confirm that you've followed our basic troubleshooting steps to resolve syncing issues.

 

Whether this doesn't work, you can try erasing the data from your Fitbit Charge 3 by following the instructions below but keep in mind that you’ll need to reinstall any apps on your device and any data that still has not been transferred to your Fitbit account will be lost if it doesn't sync.

 

On your Charge 3, open the Settings app > About > Clear User Data.

 

@Daisygirl77, to resolve difficulties to update the firmware version, we recommend following these steps.

 

@jjv6p, please make sure you've followed our troubleshooting steps to resolve set up issues. To set up your Charge 3 on your laptop via Bluetooth, you need to have installed Windows 10. Otherwise, you'll need a Fitbit dongle.
