I have a new phone, but the same Charge 3. I revoked access to my fitting account on the other phone and I unpaired it. I have paired the new phone and my tracker, but it still will not sync.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties to sync your Fitbit Charge 3. Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue before contacting us.
In this case, I would recommend following our guide to resolve syncing issues or set up issues.
Please make sure to remove your Charge 3 from the list of Bluetooth devices on your previous phone.
