Difficulties tracking activities and brightness-Charge 3

1- The tracking will stop working when the GPS signal is lost temporarily instead of exprapolating, which Charge 3 used to do and other brands do. I can no longer use safely Charge 3 for biking or mountain biking rides with a group (instructor)

2- The screen has progressively become dark. I cannot use it anymore 2 years later. The lifetime is seriously short. Obsolescence should be better managed, unless this is a voluntary and unresponsible act to push us to buy the next generation.

In this case, I would recommend restarting your Tracker by following these instructions.

 

If you haven't done so, please try to change the brightness settings to see if there is any improvement. In addition, please make sure Sleep Mode and Do Not Disturb (DND) are turned off. For instructions on how to navigate your Fitbit device, please visit this article.

 

You can also change your Fitbit device's clock face by following these steps.
