Hello....Two things. 1st, some days my sleep track Is incorrect. 2nd, today March 20th the sleep track did not sync. Why? I logged off and nothing.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties with your sleep records. Thank you for trying to get it resolved before contacting us. In order to have a better idea of the 1st problem please provide us with more information:
- Does your sleep show 0 minutes awake?
- Does the graph show a shorter or longer time of sleep?
- Is your phone part of the list of supported devices?
There are different factors that can affect your sleep records. If you could only see your sleep pattern (which shows your time asleep, restless, and awake) instead of sleep stages there might be an issue with your heart readings. We recommend wearing the Tracker a finger’s width above your wrist bone. Fitbit’s PurePulse technology is designed to be most accurate when you wear your device on the top of your wrist.
Your device should be slightly tighter but not too tight because it could restrict blood flow, potentially affecting the heart-rate signal. You can check the different factors that can affect sleep stages on this article.
I would recommend performing a restart to your Fitbit Charge 2 by following these steps and try again to record your sleep. If necessary, you can edit your sleep logs by following these instructions.
