So I’ve done all the things remove app, add app, short reset- long reset. I’ve had nothing but trouble and inconsistency - interestingly it all started when the charge 4 was released. I just walked for 54 minutes and burned 43 calories- ummmmm no.

I am having the same problem. It’s so annoying, and unfair. I have tried everything too, but still the issue is still unresolved 😡
