My Fitbit App is showing extremely different calories burned on excercise comparing to those that my Fitbit Charge 2 tells me I’ve burned at the end of my excercise, for example one day I burned 879 calories and the app shows I only burned 101 calories.. this is happening with other days as well ☹️

Hello @anavictoria thanks for bringing this to my attention, let me give you a hand with your calories burned concern and also a warm welcome to the Community Forums!
Seems odd that you're experiencing such discrepancies with the calories that are burned, certainly this is not a common situation. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced such discrepancies and how many times since then? Also, this occurs with the total amount of calories that you burn during the day or just with the ones of your exercise activities? Are you using an Android mobile device or iOS? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps:
Keep me posted, I'll be around if you need anything else.

Hi Ricardo,
I already did the steps you suggested, but it still shows the same amount of wrong calories. I am using an iOs device. I'm looking at the Exercise history and it seems that the problem appears at random days or sometimes for a whole week, and It seems that it has been happening for some months now. And it is weird since, as I mentioned, my Fitbit shows other amount of calories (the real ones) when I finish the exercise but now looking at the history, the app is the one that's wrong.. And I do the SAME type of exercise everyday, I burn approximately 450 calories in my class, so it is totally inaccurate that it shows that amount of calories.
Next, I attached a picture that shows a photo I took at my Fitbit's screen showing how much calories I burned that day (879 calories in 1:48:09) the day July 18, and then a screenshot of the Fitbit App that shows that I only burned 101 calories..
879 calories burned
101 calories burned
And next some screenshots that show this too:
Wrong calories tracked
Correct calories tracked
This is so annoying since I like to look at my history and see the progress I've made through the weeks in my excercise, and I cannot do it with wrong calories 😞
I hope we can find a solution to this, thank you
