Why did the screen showing my activity change? I remember I didn't do or change anything. I prefer the previous displays. How can I go back to how it was before?

I have heart disease and I need to use fitbit to monitor my activities and share with my doctor. The simpler the details, the better. If I have to press to look at each item one by one, it's inconvenient.
I think my request has been heard.
This morning it's back to the way it was before. I'm so glad.
By the way, I don’t know how to attach the picture on my reply.

@JuanFitbit I really prefer the way it was before. I asked the help center they told me because of the application updated. Please if you can help bring back the same display

@Promporn , Thank you for your updates and attached pictures. I'm totally with you to have a simplified view to show it.
Please try the following:
-log out from the Fitbit app
- force quit it . (double tap on the multitasking button and swipe the app to close it)
-reboot phone (off /on)
