I have had my charge 4 for almost a year and there are several constant issues and customer service just keeps telling me to reset the device which never works.
1. Screen dims randomly even though set to bright.
2. Screen constantly freezes rendering the watch useless.
3. I walk a documented and measured 2.5 me loop everyday. Watch has never accurately measured this and is at times off by as much as a half mile.
