Display not turning on when I raise my arm

When i take ny arm up, the clock will not show. Just when i press the button . Is it possible to turn something on to get it on?

@Cecilie000, in the app Device Settings ensure that Quick View is enabled.  Make sure to sync your tracker after making any changes to the settings in the app.

this doesn't apply to the versa? I don't see the quick view option anywhere in any kind of settings.

I had the same problem.  Try pressing and holding the left button so that the clock face changes to another screen, Music Controls.  From that next screen you can either swipe left (or is it right?) to get to the setting "Screen Wake", where you can set it to Auto.  Hope that helps.
