I have had my Fitbit since May 2018 and I have had no issues with it so far.
However, the display has now stopped working. I have tried re-starting it using the instructions on previous help posts and this doesn't fix it. I have left it on charge for two hours and tried it again - still nothing.
The contact points have also been cleaned and I have tried charging it with my Husband's charger and re-starting it using his and still nothing!
When I hold down the button, after 10 seconds it does vibrate and I still get my reminders to move which I feel on my wrist but the display doesn't show.
Is there anything else I can do to fix it?

I also have tried all the fixes and none work. My screen just goes black and the green lights go out. It will reset for just a minute, then go black again! Very frustrating.
