I have just had to return my Charge 3 after only buying it on 3/11/18.
Display stopped working for no apparent reason. Store Tech said he had never seen it happen before. So replaced it. So not impressed.

Hi @MarreFitbit . I put my Charge 3 in my drawer for a couple of months. I tried charging it back up again and saw the display wasn't turning on. I thought it might be because the battery was completely drained, and left it charging for a couple of hours. It still seems the display is not turning on. My Charge isn't connected with my phone right now, so I can't change the clock face and I tried the 8-second and 15-second resets. When I hold the button while charging, the device keeps vibrating till I let go, and then nothing. If the device isn't charging, it's completely dead. What do you suggest???
