I have just had to return my Charge 3 after only buying it on 3/11/18.
Display stopped working for no apparent reason. Store Tech said he had never seen it happen before. So replaced it. So not impressed.

Thank you so much! Changing the clock face worked when all other suggestions failed!!

So glad it worked for you. Changing the clock face is now my go to solution for everything as resetting it never seems to work.

Thanks for the restart procedure!! My Charge 3 display stopped today after I received it for Christmas from my son-in-law. The restart worked and my screen is working again!!

I didn't change the clock face, I had to restart it.

I chose a random one. It doesn’t seem to matter which one you choose. I changed it right back to the one I like after. Worked every time. Caveat: I do a 15 second reset first then change the clock face. Hope this works for you!

Worked for my waych! Thanks. I've been trying to find a solution for days. The restart did not work for me either. Probably a software glitch. Maybe they just need to update that watch face? It happened while using the Mod Clock interface . I'm wondering if the interface matters?

Hey,
This was quite helpful. However, I would appreciate if you could respond with the reason for this issue?
Regards and thank you for your time,
Vedang.

I’m sorry but I have no idea why. There must be a software glitch.

All I can say is Fitbit should never had released a new product without first making darn sure it was ready for the public. I had an Alta for two years and I never had an issue with it. Would have kept using it but I wanted more features and it was a Christmas present. WHEN the charge 3 works, it is great. The operative word is when.

By changing the clock face setting my Fitbit started working again. Hope yours does too.

I’d try it again. Sometime it’s taken me a couple of times to get it to work. If it doesn’t work then, I have no idea what to do. Sorry 😐
