I have the following issues with my Charge 3. I’ve changed the clock face and rebooted. When I try to do a long reboot, it just goes to the next app screen but does not reboot, even though I am holding down the button:
- blacked out horizontal lines.
- When put on the charger, it vibrates and cycles through all the menu options on its own, but doesn’t actually charge.
- after this, it will not turn on for days, then one day turn on.
- even on the brightest setting, I cannot see the face display outside.
- the heart rate will skyrocket like I’m exercising at 150 bpm for hours. Rebooting corrects this for an hour or two, then it does it again.
