I have two fit bit hr charges one is under 12 month old, it’s fault is the light on the screen and display is so light it’s unreadable?
The second fit bit hr charge which is just over 12 months old is stuck on the battery display and I cannot remove it or move it forward, both have been re synced several times but nothing has changed?
What can I do

Welcome to the Forums @Henny25!
Thanks for sharing your inquiry, let me help you out. I totally agree with @JohnnyRow the first step to attempt would be the restart, in regards of the tracker that got stuck I recommend setting it up as a new device and keep an eye on it.
Let me know how it goes!

Why do I not have permission to view the link that says this fixes it? What are they trying to hide?

The recent iOS 14 update on my iPhone seems to have kicked the Brightness setting on my Charge 23 to Dim. Unfortunately, that makes it really hard to find and set the setting, but if you go into a dark room and maybe use a magnifying glass or at least reading glasses it's there. You can set it back to Normal, if you can see it well enough to do that. That still leaves some of the other settings too dim to read, which seems to be Fitbits user interface for telling you they're turned off or something.
