Twice now, the connectors ON THE WATCH have become useless. It is not the watch band, but whatever it connects to on the watch that no longer attaches to the band. The only solution is to replace the watch itself, which I have had to do twice now. A new band is useless. I am not longer buying this poorly designed product.
