I now have my fitbit charge 3 about 7 month. After a few months I noticed problems explained below this. Bah... Four weeks ago I tried to contact customer support but I don’t get anything back. Tried twice.
Im having black stripes on my screen, its getting worse, now also a vertical one and several horizontals, I tried all things I found here, restarting my device, tried another clock face... no results.
Besides that my distance is inaccurate and I have problems with the clarity...can’t get the info brighter.
I’m very disappointed not getting any help. Did I make the wrong choice buying a charge 3 from fitbit?

Try to contact support with the Live chat feature so you can contact then immediately instead of waiting for an email. That way you can get your problem fixed as soon as possible before the problem gets worse. For me, I got the charge 3 and had it for 2 years and I never got that problem. This seems to be a rare problem.

Tried to start live chat, got the too many customers, advocates all busy... thought I’ll try it again in a bit.... now the live chat button disappeared... I’m lost!😢
