Hi,
Thinking of upgrading to Charge 4 or 5. Can anyone tell me if they both have bright flashing lights on the back. Would prefer a device without the bright flashing lights .. find them annoying during the night!
Thanks.

Hello @ZakT1
The flashing lights on the back are heart rate sensor lights. There is in option in settings to turn them off if you choose. You can read more about them here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1565.htm Any Fitbit with heart Rate detection ability will have those lights but again can be turned off in settings if you want. Maybe have them on during the day but not at bedtime. But do know that if your monitoring your sleep using the tracker it needs your heart rate to accurately track sleep. Each night your body cycles through different sleep stages based on your heart rate.
😃I hope this answers your question. Please let me know
