I have been using charge 2 for last 2 years, it works ok but generally does not detect cycling & weights training in gym. Have to add them manually if I forget to manually start tracker. Is there automatic tracking of these types in any of the latest fitbit model? 

 

Do we have any program where old devices can be exchanged with latest technology devices at discounted price?

Yes the other models do have smart track.

 

I myself find that its not really reliable so I always use the Exercise Button to start and stop.

 

There is no upgrade program either
