I am tired of the Alta saying I dont fall asleep until 4 am. I find that hard to believe since I take an Ambien and pass out. I want to get off Ambien and it is very important that my device tracks my sleep quality and quantity accurately. Do the Charge models do this? Or should I switch devices entirely?

My issue is that the Charge 3 OVER tracks my sleep, as in, it says I was sleeping when I was at work or driving. Any suggestions for fixing this other than manually entering (which I hate because how do I know when I fell asleep??)

My Versa 2 is telling me I am awake when I know I am asleep. It registers 3 to 5 hours 9f nightly sleep. I know I get more!
Of not 9f:double_exclamation_mark:

Although this reply is 5 years late, the charge 3 tracker isn't completely garbage, but it's still pretty inaccurate. It tells me I went to bed 45 minutes after the actual time that I went to bed at.

Good luck with your charge 3, as you may have to tell the time yourself. I have one myself, and the wake up and falling asleep times are far off where I actually went to bed. Additionally, the times where I spent in different stages are also not very accurate.

Same. In my 10.5 hours asleep, it notified me that I was awake for 1.5 hours of it.
