Like many people seem to have experienced, my Charge 3 screen developed one, then three, then a bunch of horizontal dead lines, and the screen is now fading completely making it very hard to read. Even after changing the face it's not really useful as a watch any more.
I've tried the hard reset as was suggested by support staff, and like many other people it has no effect.
My tracker was purchased in early 2019, so it's out of warranty and I don't expect a replacement. I want to know if Fitbit understands and has addressed this issue in newer trackers, including the Charge 4.
