Does the Charge 3 offer swim tracking?

Hi, 

Does the Charge 3 offer swim tracking? I find mixed answers online.

Does it show the number of laps I've done on the screen? Or only in the app on my phone?

I want to be able to check my laps as I'm doing them, like with the old Ionic.

Thanks for the details shared on your post. The Charge 3 automatically tracks your swim duration and pool lengths completed. Enter your pool length to track your distance and duration. For instructions, see How do I set the pool length for my Fitbit device? Note that heart-rate tracking is disabled during your swim workout.

Regarding your inquiry, please note that while swimming you will be able only to see the time on the tracker itself. You will see the rest of your information in the Fitbit app. For more information see, How do I track my swims with my Fitbit device?
