I had the charged 4 for almost a year now, recently it stop recording my exercises for when I walk. I set it to recognize after 10 min and it still not recording after I finished. I have tried syncing it & I waited until the next day, but still nothing. It is recording my aerobics. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 8+.

This has been reported for almost one year now by hundreds of people, myself included. Why haven't Fitbit solved this yet? It really decreases the value of the Charge 4.

No, I gave up in the end and went back to tracking on my phone (not linked
to the Fitbit Charge4 which didn’t work either).
