At the end when when I go into the app - the run was recorded twice but showing different stats, can anyone help.

How are you recording your activities? Do you start them on the Charge 4 or let it automatic recognize?

Do you have log anything manually?

Do you use any other app to record activities or steps?

If so , is that app linked to your Fitbit account?
