I have opened three help tickets on this topic. Do not have resolution after going through multiple soft and hard resets. This is a new device for me (third I've had over multiple years) and first device this has been an issue with. When I am using manual exercise tracking (such as tracking a hike or bike ride), the device will display the 10,000 steps celebration multiple times and not when 10,000 steps have been achieved. For instance, today during a bike ride the display celebrated 10,000 steps three times. When I completed the bike ride it showed ~14,000 steps total and then adjusted down to ~7,000 steps, which was accurate for me at that point. On the last (third) help desk call I was told this is a known issue with most of the FitBit devices right now and to look for a fix "soon". I am not seeing any other posts about this nor notifications about the firmware version having a fix. Is this truly a known problem that is being worked on or was I given the runaround from the service agent?
