EOV tracking not showing up on app

I have read the oxygen sensor has been activated and shows up in the sleep tile.  I checked mine yesterday and today and it does not indicate anything other than normal sleep info.  Has this been activated and, if so, how does one get the info on the app?  Thanks for any insight on this.

That is my firmware as well. No graph or data yet.

I have the same firmware as you, got the graph back a day after posting about it disappearing but still no results...

Maybe they are rolling it out by geographic region? \___(-_-) ___/

I can understand a gradual roll out strategy. But usually it would only take days or at most weeks. But right now the situation seems to be random. From here, the feature was indeed rolled out to some users but then revoked afterwards. I seriously doubt if the feature is ready at all.

For those lucky users who have received the feature but revoked, can they kindly contact fitbit support and ask them about it? I am curious to see what's their answers.

Thank you.

My husband has had a Charge 3 for some time & his is showing no graph.  I just got one yesterday and it updated everything when I installed the app.  I, too, have no graph. I don't know if there's something I need to turn on or if it's just not going to be there???  I would think by Mid February they would have it up & going since they said December and January. ☹️

@Tami1064 fitbit support is now saying "sometime" in 2020. So what can we expect?

I guess I'm one of the lucky few, I've been getting results again since yesterday. So to recap, had the graph and results after purchasing the charge 3 in early Jan 2020. Results then started showing up sporadically, then the graph completely disappeared from my app end of January. After posting about it, got the graph back a few days later but no results. Posted about it again and now I have both the graph and results. I hope this time, it stays! Good luck everyone, hope you get it sooner rather than later!

Bad news. I saw fitbit support has changed its tone again. Before, it was coming in Jan, then it was sometime in 2020. Now it is saying there is no timeline to share.

I had the display in Dec and it disappeared in Jan. I just deleted the Fitbit app and data from my iPhone and re-installed it and the oxygen sensor is now displayed!

Have you tried un/re-installing the app?

Not the same case but I noticed I hadn't updated the app on my tablet for a long time and after doing so I could see the oxygen saturation graph and results.

Finally showed up for me. I’ve got some big swings

My Android app just started showing it TODAY, however nothing in the Windows 10 app.

I can see graphs back to Dec 27, 2019 (when I got the Charge 3). It's a big pain to navigate to each day to see the graph. UX for it is minimal and awful.

Android app version is 3.14. Hasn't changed since Feb 5, 2020.
Been on firmware 28.20001.63.5 that hasn't changed in over two months, at least.

Seem like they don't really care about their customers that already bought the product.  Looks like I am going back to Garmin.  They may not care about their customers either, but they have a working SpO2 sensor.

Ifit was like this when they rolled out the treadmills with google
streetview map for walking or running. The treadmill would raise or lower
according to elevation but it rarely worked, would shut the display down
and be a pain for months and months. I complained enough they finally gave
me 5 years free ifit. I think it took them two to fix the problems! Fitbit
reminds me of ifit but not as bad.

I had it yesterday, looked today and it’s  gone. Killed the app, went back in and it returned. Makes no sense to me 😂 I have swings, but I also tend to sleep on my left arm and it ends up “dead” on occasion due to this, so thinking that is the swings.
