My Fitbit wristband broke a while back and I haven't been able to find replacement bands that fit it so today I did my best with my broken band and went for a 2 mile walk before work with my daughter. The Fitbit that I have recorded the walk perfectly and when I got back home, I sat down to log into my Fitbit app. When I did, my Charge2 began to sync with my iPhone and then promptly ERASED everything that I did today from my Fitbit. Not only that all of my previous data was erased, as well. Needless to say I'm not a happy camper. Anybody else experienced this?

@littlesimone Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!
Let me help you with your missing information. When was the last time you synced your tracker. If you haven't synced in a long time then the tracker most likely didn't have the correct date, once you synced it, it assigned the data it recorded to the older date and updated the new one so it shows nothing for the current date. This is a fairly common scenario. I suggest you always sync your device after you haven't used it in a long time and do your activities once the tracker is up to date.
Regarding your band I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.
Let me know how it goes.
