Estimated Oxygen variation graph has disappeared

The graph showing oxygen levels showed consistently up to 5 days ago.  Last data showed was 19/6/2020.   A much appreciated feature especially during Covid-19 as I am asthmatic.  The only change made to my Charge 3 was to change the clock face to one that displayed more data and is easier to read.  My sister also changed her clock face and her EOV data screen is now empty too.

Hi @Lsg20nz and welcome to the forums. I can appreciate how important this feature is to you. I had the same issue but with my charge 4. This is how I solved it with the help of Support.

  • Sync your charge 3 to your phone
  • Then remove the Charge 3 from your account in the Fitbit app.
  • Log out of your Fitbit app.
  • Do a factory reset on the Charge 3. From the clock face, swipe 3 times to the left to Settings  > Swipe down to About > Swipe down to Clear User Data
  • Log back in to the Fitbit app on the phone.
  • Add the Charge 3 back to your account

That did it for me. Please try this and let me know tomorrow if you see your EOV graph.

  • Thank you so much Carol - I have done the reset and passed your e-mail on to my sister.  I am in New Zealand so there is a time difference and I will let you know if the reset worked tomorrow morning NZ time.
