I tired to restart it 4 times, it does go to the reset but still the same issue. Then I tried turning bluetooth off and back on, no luck. It still tracks everything else but HR and like I said just basic sleep. I have cleaned it also, tightened the band which is the original, nothing! Fitbit told me they can not help, just buy a new one. Can anyone please help me. 🙏
