Exactly which notifcations should I receive

I do get notifications for iPhone messages but I was hoping I could get notifications from fbmessenger

and email notifications.   Is this possible?

Also it shows missed call on my fitbit but doesn't vibrate or notify me the phone was ringing.   That is with me sitting right by the phone.

Any help is appreciated.

I forgot to say I have an IPHONE 11

You should getotifications from up to 100 apps, depending on your settings. 

Under your tracker's notification setting you will find an entry of "App Notification" tap this, then choose the apps you want notifications from.
