Hello,
can anyone help, my phone finds the charge, I add the pin and then an exclamation mark shows and I’m unable to uodate..
any tips please?

Welcome on board @SunsetRunner, it's nice to see you here! If your tracker is not completing the firmware update, I'd recommend taking a look at: Why can't I update my Fitbit device?

Our new Fitbit also gets an exclamation point after we enter the 4 digit code. We have gone through all of the troubleshooting tips. Did you ever get a solution to this?

Hi i was just wondering did you manage to get your fitbit charge to work? As i have just gotten a new fitbit charge 3 and i keep getting the exclamation mark symbal whenever trying to update.

I just got a Charge 3 as well, and am having the same issue. Whenever I try to update firmware so I can use my device, it keeps showing an exclamation mark and vibrating. I've tried everything to fix it, from reseting my phone, bluetooth, app, and Charge 3, and still nothing works. Super frustrating to deal with.

I am having the exact same issue. Ive had this for 3 days and tried EVERYTHING in the book to update my charge 3, but it just won't happen. every time i try to pair with the numbers on screen, it vibrates and shows that exclamation point and then just becomes unresponsive. Will someone from Fitbit please respond?!

Same here, bought one for my girl...screen only show the logo and underneath ‘www.fitbit.com/setup’ whenever I tried to set i get that exclamation mark on it and it goes right back at the start

Aye that’s the same with me....mine isn’t going past that bit and when I restart it I can type numbers in and my phone isn’t picking it up either on Bluetooth
