I have fully charged the device but now there's only a exclamation mark on the display. The syncing is keeping failing, and the update failed a few times as well. I have tried log out, turned off the Bluetooth, and restarted my phone and the device for several times, but they all failed. Please help!

The exclamation mark means something has failed, and there usually is something else displaying on the screen. Could you post a photo @Annasaycheese if what @WendyB suggests doesn't work?

My Fitbit screen has an exclamation mark on it. It isn’t syncing to my iPhone. I’ve already gone through all your suggestions, what next?

I have already done all these suggestions and they didn’t work!

It shows a picture as the Fitbit is halfway charged and the exclamation mark is in the middle just as it has been for the last several hours I’ve been working on this! I’m VERY frustrated!

Is the bar a standard battery bar or a thinner bar telling you the firmware update has not finished?

It is not the standard charging bar. It is a fixed bar made of thin lines and goes to the middle of the bar. This morning the ! Has gone. Before I plugged it in nothing would show on the bar. It has been plugged in for about an hour with no movement on the bar.

I was unable to restart my Fitbit following the steps.  When I put in the charger, the Fitbit does not vibrate and only displays the explanation point.  I tried holding the button for 4 second and nothing happened.  When I unplug from the charger, I get nothing.

My versa 2 will not charge, there is no green lights and if I push the button on the side I get a battery puc with 1 bar and an explanation.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and nothing has changed.  My versa did the same thing and this is the replacement doing the it again.

Try updating using the Fitbit app on a computer. That fixed it for me. Had to run the update 4 or 5 times but it finally worked

My Charge 3 did this, and none of these remedies worked. It no longer charges even though it is still keeping the time so far. All I get is the big battery with the ! and one bar on the battery no matter how long I charge, or where I plug it in.
