Exercise Mode Crashing & What's Up With The Double Start

FitBit seems to be crashing when I'm in exercise mode lately . . . it's happened a few times the past two weeks. Is there a bug? Also, whoever thought it would be a good idea to set-up some exercise mode with a double start and others with a single start should be fired. I'd love to hear the rationale behind the decision because it's so stupid, not to mention the first start's message makes it seem like it's started.

Let me help you with your exercise mode crashing and the need to double start an exercise. With which exercises does this happen? Try restarting your Charge 2 by following these instructions.

 

Regarding the need to double start an exercise, with which exercises do you see this happening? I don't remember any Charge 2 exercises need this but please let me know more about this issue.
