Exercise Tracker not showing summary of results

After my exercise (WALK) I press and hold the button and I do see the flag icon. When I press the button again to see the result summary it is not displaying the results. It just shows the 'WALK' selection again, Displaying the results was previously working, Now it is not.

I am having the exact same problem with my Charge 2, thank you for bringing it up. I used to look forward to doing a quick scroll of the stats after my workout, and now I have to log back onto the app on my phone in order to view the results. It's not a major inconvenience for me, but I would love to hear if there's something in the new firmware that will correct this problem.

You say that you press the button to pause the tracking function. 

Now simply tap the tracker to scroll through the stats. 

Holding the button in will end the walk. Then either tap the button or the screen

I have been tapping the tracker after stopping the exercise, and up until recently, I was able to view the stats. It is within the last week and a half that I have no longer been able to view them. I have tried both by pressing the button and tapping the tracker, and neither has allowed me to view my results.

I also started having this issue on charge 2 this week. I can no longer see excercise summary.

This functionality is now broken on my charge 2. Ending workout brings me straight back to home screen with no.excercise summary.

I've had similar issues, and other threads suggest restarting it (plug it in to charge and then hold the button down for 4 seconds). Not sure if it will work, but worth a shot and seems to have worked for some people.

Resetting my charge 2 fixed the missing workout summary issue for me.

I connected the tracker to the charging cable and held power button until tracker showed Fitbit logo. Then disconnected. My workout summaries returned following next timed workout.

I just started having this problem over the last week. I ALWAYS got a workout summary after walks. Will try rebooting as was previously suggested.

Rebooting worked!!!! I'm still at a loss to understand why some features "disappear" only to show up again with a reboot. The software was up to date when the exercise summary vanished.

I recently experienced this and already did the restart. Now, after restarting my battery suddenly plunged to 15% from like 45% (before restarting) anyone experienced this?

I could see my summary but could not get back to the home screen.  Connecting to the charger and then taking it off got me back to the home screen.
