My Charge 3 deleted 2 weeks of data from the Track My Exercise section. How do I restore this data?

Yes i did and then it has not been recording my daily exercises.

The second part of the question is how do you log your exercise? You start it from your Fitbit? You let it log automatically? You manually log it from the App?
