Exercise goal not tracked-Charge 4

Sometimes my power walks or runs are not counted as “day #— /5 complete” even though I have say 68 zone minutes and going into zones it shows fat burning and cardio. It doesn’t track as an exercise completed which also means it doesn’t sync to my WW as exercise. I have rebooted. I have logged out and back in. Frustrating really

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Charge 4. Thank you for the information provided.

 

Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.54.1 for iOS and 3.54 for Android). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".

 

In addition, you can set up your Tracker as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1645751376521.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
