Exercise information in Dashboard but not in App

I use my Fitbit Charge 4 when I use my Peloton to track exercise data.  The data is automatically transmitted (successfully) at the end of each class to my Fitbit.

However, I've noticed that there have been 3 random dates (one day in Dec 2021 and 2 in Jan 2022) where the information displays when I look at my Dashboard online but it's not reaching the Fitbit app on my phone.  I have uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted... all of the things but I am not able to determine why this is happening or how to fix it.

Manually entering in the missing data isn't a fix - I have no idea if that will double count data on the backend and I'd rather not make this problem worse than it already is.  Also, this seems like a software defect that needs to be addressed rather than suggesting a band aid to fix a potentially larger issue.

I have a Samsung S20 5G - all software is up to date as well as my Fitbit app.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

@trinity2979 , Nice to see you around. Thank you for your report.

Could you please confirm some things to avoid confusions.

You sync your Peloton with the Peloton and then transfer the data to Fitbit, right?

You wrote that you see your data on the dashboard but not on the Fitbit app, you meant the Fitbit Online Dashboard (fitbit.com) or the Peloton Dashboard?

Have you tried re-setting the connections between accounts?

See you around.

Yes, the data is successfully transmitted from my Peloton to my Fitbit Charge 4.  Sorry that wasn't clear - it's my Fitbit Online Dashboard, not Peloton.

And yes, I have tried resetting too  😞

@trinity2979 , Thank you for your reply and further information. No need to apologize.

In that case, please make sure that you have the latest apps version (Peloton and Fitbit )

Then on your phone go to Settings>Apps>Fitbit App and clear the Cache.

Restart your phone (off/on)

Open the Fitbit app.

The missing data should be there.

If you still are having difficulties, you might contact Peloton, to see if there is something on their side.

See you around.
