Exercise logs not syncing heart monitor

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

2/27/20 was the last time my exercise log synced my heart rate with my workout. 2/28, 3/2 & 3/3 won’t update. I log my workout (a bootcamp 30-35 min session) after I’m done, and it’s always synced up. Then this morning FitBit recorded 33 minutes of exercise that I did at 2am! Lol! What’s going on?!? I really want my cardio details back!

@Slovanna Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

Let me help you with your missing HR data on your activities. I suggest you log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also try logging your activities via your tracker.

Let me know how it goes.

Same thing has been happening with mine — it suddenly stopped recording/syncing my heart rate during my workouts and last night and tonight, it says I took over 4,000 steps at 2am. I was sleeping!!

I have tried your suggestion and it doesn't seem to help.  Do you have any other ideas?

I tried what you said and suggested. I cannot track my Pilates exercise. So I need to be able to log it. Thanks for your help.

It restarting phone didnt work for me. Even if i log the exercise in the app it says 0 calories. The only way it gives me the calories and the hearts rates i was in was if I log it online and not on the app. It has been like this for a week

I deleted my manually input “Log” exercise sessions for the 3 days it wouldn’t sync on the app. Logged out. Signed into my dashboard on a computer for the 1st time today and added them there. Magically worked when I logged back into app on my phone. Tonight I recorded another Log exercise session, yeap, no stats. Waiting to see if I have another 2am session! I’ve “Logged” exercise for 2 years, after the fact. So now my only choices are to Track it while it happens, or go to a computer and Log it there? Defeats the App purpose, don’t you think?

I have done all these things and it still does not log my HR. Very frustrating. I need to log in my activities afterwards and like to see my heart rate and correct information about calories, etc.
